+ HOW WILL COPPER AFFECT MY SKIN?...

Our rings are untreated and unsealed to further the positive effects that copper can have on the body! The copper brightens with each wear thanks to the body's natural oils.

Copper reacts differently to every body's chemistry. If you find that wearing our rings turn you green, it is a sign that you have an acidic pH. Science suggests the following ways to combat a high acidic pH: increase water intake (extra points with squeezed lemon!), increase dark fruit and veggie intake, and decrease processed starches and sugars.

+ CAN I CHOOSE THE STONE OR RING/NECKLACE YOU ARE SENDING ME?

After purchase we can photograph options of pieces for you. For many reasons, we do not photograph stones before they are set.

Photo options may take around a week, as we only have some pieces in stock.

We want to make sure you love your piece and we will happily work with you in order to do so!

 

 I LOVE THE RING YOU SENT, BUT IT DOESN'T FIT! CAN YOU RESIZE OR RESET IT?

I'm Sorry, No

Electroforming is a multi-step process by which copper is grown around the stone in a 6-12 hour chemical bath. This creates the setting. By removing the stone from the setting (i.e. breaking a ring) and attempting to reset it, we not only have to completely remake the ring, but also risk damaging the stone.

We happily work out exchanges for a different ring instead, as the ring that doesn't fit you would fit someone else!

 

+ I DON'T SEE MY SIZE LISTED ON THE DROP DOWN MENU?

Select "Custom" and leave a note at checkout as to what size you need!

 

+ HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Custom Mother's rings- Please allow 4-6 weeks before they ship.  These take a long time to create as the metal grows slowly around each stone forming a beautiful frame.  There are many, many steps while creating these one of a kind rings. 

Stock Items, such as, the Birthstone necklaces, will ship within 5-7 days if not sooner. 

To Be Announced Collection date items will ship within 5-7 days if not sooner. 

Each item will ship at the speed you choose at checkout. 

 

+ CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE?

Custom Items, such as, Mother's rings, Custom necklaces... Are final sale.  I make these just for you. 

Collections that are announced on specific dates are all final sale items. Please check size as these are not refundable.  

Stock items can be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item. 
Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase. After 2 days, the order can not be canceled as it has begun processing. 

 

Conditions of return

**Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Returns must be received within 14 days from the date of delivery.

+ HOW DO I GET MY RING SIZE?

I HAVE RING SIZERS AVAILABLE ON MY WEBSITE FOR A SMALL FEE THAT I CAN MAIL TO YOU.  

THERE IS AN APP CALLED "RING SIZER" WHERE YOU CAN LAY AN EXISTING RING ON THE PHONE SCREEN AND MAKE THE CIRCLE FIT THE INNER DIAMETER OF YOUR RING. THIS WILL GIVE YOU A MEASUREMENT FOR YOUR RING SIZE.  PLEASE TELL ME THE US/CA SIZE.

YOU CAN GO TO YOUR LOCAL JEWELER AND THEY CAN SIZE THE FINGER YOU WANT TO WEAR THE RING ON.
